Job Descriptions:
Achieve Target business booking, revenue and profit
Manage all functions in the business unit
Develop and implement aggressive Business growth plan for short and long term
Develop and implement growth, competency increase, hiring, promotion and succession plan for each department to align with the defined business plan
Make reliable P&L, Cash, Capex forecast, monitor actual result and implement action to make sure the result meet or exceed the targets.
Setup objective KPIs aligning with business goals and support team to achieve target KPIs
Provide transparent and efficient regular reporting to company’s leadership for situations in different business aspects
Use available resources in China, support from headquarter and sales channel to win businesses
Expand and deepen valuable cooperation with business partners and networks
Lead and represent the company for activities in China
Develop and execute product development for current and future product lines that support business growth plan
Improve company reputation through Marketing activities, product and service quality. Ensure customer’s satisfaction
Manage cost and price to ensure company is competitive while improve overall profit
Manage and prioritize Capex effectively base on value generation and future return
Build a highly capable and motivated team. Cultivate good working culture
Handle all matters to protect company’s interests
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. MBS or equivalent, is preferred.
10 years experience in a General Management position with a Multi-National Company is required
10+ years of proven experience in business management for standard and customized equipment
Strong financial knowledge
Experience and knowledge of X-ray equipment, Digital radiography, Computer Tomography
Having strong business network in Automotive, Aerospace, Highspeed Railway and/or Nuclear industry
Familiarity and working knowledge of Sale and Marketing function and process is preferred.
Proven capability to make good decision in complex situations
Proven result in standardization and continuous improvement of different functions in a company
Self-motivated and able to solve problems, initiative and persuasive to get necessary supports to deliver result
Able to see opportunity in all situations and strategize action plan to realize good results
Proven track record of growing revenue, profit and operation team
Proven leadership skill with goal achieve mindset
Hold strong professional values and integrity
Proficient in English and Chinese
